I phoned Ben to enquire about the condition of a second hand gun he had for sale, who was very honest about the condition.
So went to look and ending up buying the gun.

Great service. Spoke to sales department on telephone to buy some clothing and they answered my questions. They know their products. I couldn’t get in store so they offered to post my order and I received by 48hr delivery which even with the Royal Mail strikes still arrived in promised time scale..Great prices, great service and much appreciated

I bought my FX Impact from Ben this week. It did feel strange paying for it, particularly as there were no photos but Bens description of "As New" was absolutely true. Very polite staff who did everything possible to make my shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

I called in to Lambert's as they where recommended to me by a friend. I met Ben, he was very nice to deal with and answered all my questions I had a good idea what I was looking for, and with his help got a my new gun and lots advice.

Did a strange thing the other day, paid a man a lot of money over the phone that I’d never met for something I’d never seen !!!! However, after driving from Birmingham to collect the gun i was quite pleasantly surprised, finally met Ben and instantly felt much better about it all, gun was exactly as described over the phone and shoots like a new one, Id definitely recommend Ben and the store in future and may even be back in the future for another.......

Had a very pleasant trip to Lamberts in Ringwood recently and was thrilled to find the gun I purchased was exactly as described by Ben ( real helpful and knowledgeable chap). After trips all over the UK in the last 6 months in an effort to purchase the gun of my choice, I was thrilled to find it was exactly as he described it.Great shop, great staff and I,d recommend it to anybody looking to purchase a new or used Beretta. Had a really good range of rifles within my price range and was able to really examine all of them before making my purchase. Nicely laid out shop with polite, professional staff. Made to feel very welcome. As someone who is new to shooting it was really nice not to be patronised! Will buy my next rifle from them.

spoke to Ben on the phone about what my husband and son were looking to buy two new beretta shotguns, he was very helpful and called me back with prices and availability very quickly we purchased both guns and went to collect them Ben could not have been more helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lamberts of Ringwood and will definitely use them again it is nice to visit a shop where the staff were this friendly knowledgeable and valued your custom

I have just taken delivery of a 682Gold E, from Lambert's. I bought this gun over the phone.This is not the first time ,but this is the first time the gun exceed the description given by Richard.not criticising but some dealers could take a leaf out of Lambert's book.Richard,thank you.will recommended you to my shooting friends.

I enjoyed the Lambert's total service for my new stalking rifle set up - good package deal on what ended up as a brilliant (3/4" inch groups at 115m straight out of the box) Browning rifle, Hawke scope, Airmsport mod and accessories. Great advice, service, supplies, so many thanks to Ben!

After visiting their web site i paid a visit to the shop. I am not that knowledgeable about guns but when i explained to Pete what i wanted it for he was most helpful and very patient with me, and
left with a great deal on a Gammo.
I would recommend this shop and its great assistants to anybody -

I would just like to say thank you to Rich &Pete for the excellent service they gave me nothing was to much trouble, I sold two guns and ordered one.
I would highly recommend Lambert of Ringwood. -
I popped into the shop to have a look at a gun I had seen n the website.
Unfortunately, the gun I wanted was not available but I ended up purchasing a second Hand .177 BSA SuperSport which has turned out to be a really great purchase.
The welcome, and the attention to detail you get has made this shop just about as perfect as can be, for a gun shop. -
I first saw the shop on Guntrader .com and attended the shop with the aim of buying the gun I had seen, Ben was helpful and accommodating, so I left with a different gun ( and a good deal) that
shoots well and looks good.
I will go back. -

Ben was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find everything I was looking for along with plenty of great advise.
They have some amazing deals in the shop at the moment I left with 10 slabs after seeing the price they where selling them for and was very tempted with a couple of guns.
All in all a great shop with helpful friendly staff that I would recommend to anyone. -

I recently purchased an HW 97 THS from L & W just after I badly tore a right shoulder muscle and bicep that made using the rifle impossible, Lamberts staff were so very helpful and exchanged the
heavier H & W rifle for a light weight PCP, this is the customer service that people flock to them for, I have purchased Air rifles from them for many years and will continue to do so, thank you
